El Al Israel Airlines has a new promotion whereby passengers departing from many US cities get a free travel cell phone to use in Israel (on this and all future visits).
Included in the deal are 60 complimentary minutes of outgoing calls from within Israel. On top of that, there is no charge for incoming calls from anywhere in the world.
What if you go over the 60 mins? No trickiness here, no fuzzy ma th. Calls are competitively priced with other travel cell phone companies. Aside from that, there are no hidden costs.
To get your free phone, book a round-trip ticket through www.elal.com or through a travel agent before June 30th, 2010. Once you get your e-tickets (first-come, first-served), you’ll get a code and a link to the registration site which includes simple instructions regarding the cell phone delivery to your choice of location in Israel.
Once you have your phone number, it is yours to keep for this and future trips anywhere.
