 Tour de Forks, a NY-based culinary travel company has recently announced a new package: “A Taste of Julia Child’s Paris & Provence.”
Highlights of the trip - which are drawn from Julia’s memoir, My Life in France - include a stay in the Hotel Point Royal, where she and her husband spent their first nights in Paris, a culinary experience at Le Cordon Bleu (the famous cooking school), and a visit to her farmhouse in La Pitchoune in Provence.
The eight day/ seven night package includes a variety of options such as guided walking tours and a car and driver in Paris and a choice of rental car or a chauffeured car with a guide in Provence.
